About Lean Images

June Morrow, owner, and all the trainers are passionate about fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. Each of us has 18+ years as fitness professionals. We set high standards in what we expect from ourselves and as fitness professionals.

We feel we are different from other fitness programs and trainers in the Austin area because of our own personal expectation, focus on safety, our years of experience, and our commitment to our clients.

We are always seeking out more information and education so we can educate our clients and keep our clients informed with current trends and research.  

Our mission is creating healthy lifestyle.  We are the role models!  Each trainer is active, fit and healthy.

We have all had children and balanced work, children, and fitness into our lives. 

S.W.A.T. Fit and L.E.A.N. Fit was created to help make quality trainers more affordable to everyone. We answer emails, give eating tips, and write up workouts for clients when they go away on vacation or travel for their jobs.   

So whether it is private personal training or our S.W.A.T. and L.E.A.N. group programs, you still get the same high quality trainer.  We are not just about losing a few pounds and toning up the body, but educating our clients about nutrition, reducing stress, and understanding this is a lifestyle change for results that last forever!

What initially got you interested in
boot camp?

“I’ve been going to the gym on and off for years.  I got very bored “lifting heavy things”.  It felt silly and forced.  My body didn’t feel challenged any more but, at the same time, I wanted a simpler approach.  I recalled playing soccer as a teenager and how the running, sprinting, and maneuvering naturally molded my body.   I wanted to return to that more natural style of fitness, but I knew that I couldn’t do it alone.”
