In Studio cycling/aka Spinning, can enhance cardiovascular fitness, improve muscle tone and exercise endurance. cycling  works various muscle groups and because the activity is virtually stress-free on your joints, it is appealing to athletes, trainers, and general population.

 

But keep in mind, indoor cycling/spinning is generally regarded as a low-impact form of cardiovascular activity, it can also be quite challenging.

 

 

Heart rate monitors are recommended for maximal benefits

Enrollment is limited to # of bikes per class.  First come-first serve bases.

 

We are offering private small group cycle/spin class at 45, 75, and 90 minutes in duration.
