CORE Explosion

Core Training is awesome! Its a boot camp for your core. Power and strength comes from the center of the body. Once you get the center of the body strong, the rest of the body can generate more strength and power. Weak back or deep ab muscles lead to injuries. The focus is to work the large muscles to increase metabolic rate but remove support so all the muscles of the core/Truck of body are activated to supporting and stabiles.

Core Explosion is designed to:

  • Enhance sports performance
  • Tone, shape, and tighten abs and back
  • Strengthen the small stabilizers muscles of the entire body while the larger muscles work
  • Strengthen the deep abs and muscle of the back that support the spine
  • Reduce back injuries from everyone living
The main concept of Core/Balance training is on working the entire torso rather than isolating a specific joint as in most strength exercises. 

Multiple fitness levels accommodated.

  • Beginners: pushups from knees or toes on floor
  • Intermediate: pushups with hands on ab ball
  • Advanced: pushup with feet on ball and adding a pike
Every exercise performed will require either the stabilizers (smaller muscles) to activity or the abs/back to support while the larger muscles work.

What types of exercises are included?

  • Exercises from ab ball, medicine balls, or the Power Straps
  • Exercise off traditional gym machines.
  • Dumbbells, BodyBars, or tubing/cables standing on floor or bosu ball
  • 100’s of unique and effective ab exercises that will blow you away!
  • Plus more

Basic Requirements: 10 pushups from kneesHold plank for at least 30 seconds

This program is not recommended for those who have serious back/neck medical restrictions, are more than 50 pounds overweight, or who never has lifted any weights.
