Small Group Personal Training

In-studio GROUP personal training program is designed to lose weight, strengthen & tone muscles using various strength machines and free weights. June teaches each client proper technique for safe and effective exercise. We use Bosu Balls, core boards and Swiss Ab ball.

Combining strength, Core, and cardio to burn more calories and reduce body fat. Class size is limited to ensure client safety and success.

This personal training program focuses on:

  • Compound strength exercises using machines and free weights.
  • Core will focus on stabilizing muscles to strengthen deep abdominal and back muscles
  • Cardio such as walking, Running, Step mill, Arc Trainer, Arc Trainer, and cycling
