Spinning Cycle has arrived.

Average 50-minute spinning workout will burn about 500 calories for the average 130 pound female. The amount of calories burned by each individual will vary, depending on the intensity and duration of the workout. 

Spinning can enhance cardiovascular fitness, improve muscle tone and exercise endurance. Spinning works various muscle groups and because the activity is virtually stress-free on your joints, it is appealing to athletes, trainers, and general population.

But keep in mind, indoor cycling/ spinning is generally regarded as a low-impact form of cardiovascular activity, it can also be quite challenging.

Heart rate monitors are recommended for maximal benefits
Enrollment is limited to 6 per class.  First come-first serve bases.

We are offering private small group cycle/spin class at 45, 75, and 90 minutes in duration.
