BOOTCAMP XTREME
Bootcamp XTREME is an in-studio Bootcamp total body conditioning program utilizing, free weights, Bosu Balls, dumbbells, Swiss Ab balls, machines, bodyweight, plus more. Combines strength, Core, functional, and cardio in a fast pace program to burn more calories and reduce body fat, and build a lean beautiful body!
This program turns your body into a Fat burning machine!
This personal training program focuses on:
- Compound strength exercises such as:
- Leg press, Bench Press, chin-ups,(for advanced)
- Lat pull, Squats, Dumbbells,
- Cable crossover, Plus more
- Core will focus on strengthening deep abdominal and back muscles
- Cardio will include
- Hill running or walking on treadmill
- Jump roping, plyometrics, & sports drills
- Arc Trainer, jaccobs ladder
- Step mill 7000, and Spin bikes
Multiple fitness levels accepted!
Not recommended for those with serious back, knees, health issues, or those more than 100 pounds overweight.
