Did you know that the gluteus muscle is the single largest muscle in the body! It is also the laziest and most underutilized. Weak backs = weak soft glutes.
This program is customized to each clients goals. Each client will meet with June to discuss goals, history, limitations, nutrition, and fitness level so a personalize program can be developed. The customized program is broken down into 2 parts, the supervised workout in the group setting with June, and your workouts assigned to do on your own.
This is not strictly a female program. Males that need to increase leg strength and endurance will benefit from this program.
Results are individual but these are some results you should expect:
- Trim inches off legs and thighs
- Reduce bodyfat and tone the lower body

- Increase leg strength, power, and endurance for sports & fitness

What types of exercises will you do?
It will depend on your customized program, so here is a sample:
- Combination of machines and freeweights
- Lots of squats and lunges with and without weights
- Heavy weight, low reps & Low weight and high reps
- Supersets of leg exercises for muscle fatigue
- Cardio such as power walking, running, cycling, and climbing on jacobb’s ladder
This is a 2 day a week challenging program for 8 weeks.
Sign up early, space is limited. Heart rate monitors are recommended but not required.
Not recommended for those 70+pounds overweight or have serious back and/or knee orthopedic restriction.
