I wanted to start this blog because so many people make unhealthy eating choices. Then there are those who make good selection but the serving size is too large, or make a meal all carbs.
I am not a nutritionist but very knowledgeable about healthy eating options. Attend a lot of seminar about nutrition for health, sports performance, and menopause.
I understand how to read labels and what to share recipes, tips and nutrition information with you.
So the picture to the left is me. I am walking proof of what good nutrition and exercise can accomplish…. so how old am I?
