Shrimp & Chicken stir fry

 
1 lb boneless, skinless, fatless chicken breast diced in cube size
1 lb of shrimp cleaned
8 oz Barilla Plus thin pasta cooked al dente
2 cups of asparagus
4 cups of broccoli
1 cup of carrots
2 cups of string beans
1 cup sliced water chestnuts
6 TBSP Masterpiece ginger garlic marinade
3 TBSP Teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp of chopped garlic
2 TBSP Minced ginger
Marinade w / 3 tbsp of ginger garlic sauce for 30 min. separately.
Using pam spray and 1 tsp of olive oil and some minced garlic cook chicken
Using pam spray and 1 tsp of olive oil and some minced garlic cook shrimp
Put chicken and shrimp off to side
 
Using spray pam and 1 tbsp olive oil, some garlic and ginger stir fry vegetables til crisp
Add cooked pasta, shrimp and chicken; add remaining marinade and teriyaki cook high, stir constantly cook 1 or 2 minutes.
