1 1/4 C Quick cook multi grain oatmeal
1/2 C spelt wheat flour or gluten free flour
2 tbsp flaxseed meal
1 tsb cinnamon
1/4 tbs sea salt
1 tsb baking powder
Mix all dry, put aside
3 egg whites
1/2 c agava nector
3 tbsp almond butter or 3 tbsp of olive oil
1 tbs vanilla
Mix well
add wet to dry, stir to mix. Add 1/4 to 1/2 c of dark choc chips, stir…
drop by spoonful on cookie sheet and flatten with fork (use pam on cookie sheet)
should make 2 dozen small or 1 dozen large cookies… baking time is effected by size of cookie
Bake in pre heated oven at 350 degrees 5 to 6 minutes – Do not Overcook
