Join June, the trainer for 30 days to a Leaner Body

I decided to “really” clean up my eating.   I want to get off sugar and “extra” snacking.   Too much sugar makes us tired, promotes more cravings and spikes insulin which STORES BODY FAT AROUND THE BELLY!

I am looking for others to follow with me… to see how much of change we can make on our bodies in 30 days…. fight craving, eat clean, and lots of physical activity….

Who is ready to join me?

I set a goal to lose 1% bodyfat in 30 days.  My activity is already in place, for me a strict eating plan to reduce the sugar craving/habit. 

I am going to put together a weekly plan for me and you to follow.

You will need one of the following to measure your progress:  body fat measured;  girth measurements; and/or before pic in biniki.  You need to set a goal for what changes you want to occur in 30 days.

If you need help with the physical fitness, join one of my Boot camps or other programs to help increase metabolic rate and burn lots of calories….

I am starting sunday march 28th, but you can start anywhere from march 28th to april 5th.  I will be posting the eating/ shopping list effective 4/4/2010 only for those who sign up for this committment
