Tonights Dinner: Shrimp, Brocolli Stirfry w/ Garlic rice- What did you cook?

1 lb of shrimp peeled and cleaned
4 large brocilli crowns cleaned, and cut in bite size pieces
1 lb of aparagas, cleaned and cut in 1″ pieces
spray pam
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp of minced garlic
3 tbsp of “house of Tsang” Teriyaki Grill sauce (central market)
low sodium chicken broth
1 c of white(or brown) rice

Cook rice.  In large wok or pan, spray pam add 1 tbsp of oil and 1 tbsp of garlic, very high fire: add white rice and toss quickly until rice is coated with garlic.  Put aside

 In large wok or pan, spray pam add 1 tbsp of oil and 1 tbsp of garlic, very high fire: add brocilli stir, cover 1min, add 2 tbsp water, stir, cover… watch… after 3 to 4 minutes add asparagas cook about 1 min, keep covered.. put aside

In large wok or pan, spray pam, add shrimp, Teriyaki Grill sauce, cook til shrimp is cooked, add vegatables stir.
Serve over rice
