June’s 30 day clean eating, week 1 status…

I cooked enough meals to last me most of the week.  I made a chicken meatloaf , boiled red potates, and stirfried green string beans and brocolli.

Have 4 pre packed containers and some leftovers to mix with anything i want.

I made one dozen healthy muffins.   I freeze them and take one out and microwave as i want it.
