Eating for health!

Austin Fitness Bootcamp AbsI wanted to start this blog because so many people make unhealthy eating choices. Then there are those who make good selection but the serving size is too large, or make a meal all carbs.
I am not a nutritionist but very knowledgeable about healthy eating options. Attend a lot of seminar about nutrition for health, sports performance, and menopause.
I understand how to read labels and what to share recipes, tips and nutrition information with you.
So the picture to the left is me. I am walking proof of what good nutrition and exercise can accomplish…. so how old am I?
