L.E.A.N. “300” Challenge
Small group personal training
This is a new personal training program based from the workout developed for the movie: 300.
It’s objective is to build a strong core and body, increase endurance and anaerobic conditioning, and chisel/lean out the body quick.
The workout got it’s name from the total number of reps. But the 300 reps are not done every workout. It is at the end of the training period where all 300 reps performed and timed.
What are the 7 basic exercises?
- Pull-ups
- Deadlifts
- Pushups
- Box jumps
- Floor wipers
- 1 arm clean n press
- Pull-ups
Females & the “300” workout:
We know this was developed for males, but ladies you need strength training to lose bodyfat and raise your metabolic rate. I will customize the workout by reducing the reps, lowering the weights, or even changing the exercises. I will ensure there is an increase focus on lower body and core.
Women will target for “100” to “300” rep workout.
Customized workouts
June will conduct an assessment and then develop YOUR 7 to 10 exercise program. Your workout will be customized to your fitness level, goals, & limitations. June will determine the target weights and reps to be assigned to your program as your final goal.
A good example of a modification is to replace a pull-ups with a bodyweight row or a lat pull down.
How much time will I devote each week?
2 hours with trainer, plus an additional 1 hour for your strength, plus another 2 to 4 hours of cardio vascular & endurance training
Will the workout be tough?
Yes, but with the customized workout, you have a “manageable” workout so you can reach your final goal. The workout has a progression and will increase in intensity to prepare you for the final challenge.

How fit do I need to be?
You do not need to be advanced, but you should be able to perform 10 pushups (knees or toes) and at least 20 bodyweight squats.
Since we customized we can accept male and females with low to advance fitness levels.
What if I miss a workout with June?
You will need to perform your workout on your own. The session will be lost. This is personal training program, and consistent attendance is important.
