"Where I wanted to be at 35.
“My birthday was coming and I did not want 35 to come and me not be in shape, not feel fit and healthy. I wanted to finally be in the shape that I knew I could be and set a healthy example for my son.
Being what I considered an active person, getting to the gym came relatively easy. Combining food and exercising, was the problem. I found Lean Images and June: a trainer that could analyze what I was doing with food AND with my workouts and she set the example by having a great body and a healthy lifestyle; it was obvious that she walked the walked
I made changes based on June’s challenges and recommendations. I gave up some foods “for now” and minimized others. I avoided friends “for now” that pulled me down instead of lifed me up.
The woman I wanted to be at 35 is here! The before and after pictures are amazing to me. When I look at those pictures, I am caught between embarassed at how big I was and proud of how far I have come. It has been a tough and fun five months! I knew if I wanted to get my money’s worth and accomplish my goal, I needed to let June literally kick my ass twice a week. I had to trust her experience and challenge myself. I am really happy with how it has changed my life! I have June listed in my cell phone as, “June ‘Kick Ass’ Morrow”. She’s given me crap during my workouts, expected more, and pushed me to keep going. Thank you, June! You rock! “"

Running: 8 to 10 miles per week & cycle 45 min – 1 to 2x per week

"Last Oct 2006 I was feeling very out of shape. All of my brand new clothes were skin tight and I could not button anything up. I thought I could manage my weight on my own and that I knew how to eat and exercise. When I got on the scale one day and saw how much weight I decided it was time to make a change. That's when I went to see June. She helped me with my eating habits and set me up on a training schedule. I am a tennis player but I did start to jog in addition to tennis. I have seen such a change in my body over the past 6 months. It is amazing to me. My husband is constantly telling me how great I look. My clothes that I was busting out of are now all too big. Now I need to go buy smaller clothes. My tennis game has improved since I have much more strength, energy and flexibility. I had a shoulder pain that went down into my back. Since I started the weight training that issue is gone. I very rarely have a sore shoulder/back. I am so glad that I took that first step - it has made a world of difference for me. June is awesome and her programs works!!!"
