Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What do I need to bring?
A: Just a large towel and lots of water.

Q: If I miss a session can I make it up?
A: Yes, you can make up your session by attending another camp at either your schedule location or any location we offer within your enrollment period.

Q: Are refunds available?
A: Yes, only for those camps/programs where we must cancel due to low enrollment. Otherwise, a credit voucher is provided good for any SWAT Fit program we offer.

Q: Can I make up missed camps after the end of my enrollment period?
A: We evaluate each client on an individual bases. If a credit is authorized, it is applied toward the next paid enrollment. Exception is granted for medical emergency, surgery, procedures and hospitalization, with doctor's letter. 

Q: If I obtain an injury, require surgery, or need to be hospitalized how is my camp credit handled?
A: Injuries and MEDICAL surgery must be reported to us immediately. Non life threatening surgery, procedures, or hospitalization needs to be reported to us with 24 hours of your doctor visit or your knowledge. Your credit voucher or exception will be issued as of the day you notify us not by the date of the doctor’s letter. True medical EMERGENCIES need to report to us soon as you are able and we will issue a credit voucher the day the medical emergency occurred. Flu, colds, allergies, kids sick, etc do not qualify with or without a doctor’s letter.

Q. How many people are enrolled in each camp?
A. An average camp is 6 to 12 participates per one trainer.  We keep the camp size small enough to give all clients individual attention.

Q: If the camp is canceled by a trainer or due to bad weather, will the session be rescheduled?
A: Yes

Q: Are the camps canceled when weather is bad?
A: When bad weather threatens a camp, the trainer will cancel and post a message on the hotline number. The session will be made up.


Q: What is considered bad weather?
A: Thunderstorms, heavy/moderate rain, temperatures over 100 or under 40 degrees.

Q: Do I need to arrive early to warmup?
A: Yes, we recommend 5 to 10 minutes of walking or light jogging to warm up.

Q: If I arrive late, can I still join the class?
A; Yes, but your trainer will require you to warmup before joining the group. Keep in mind, you disrupt the class when you arrive late and it is not fair to those who arrived on time.

Q: Can I wear any sneakers/athletic shoes?
A; You will need a good pair of crosstrainers or running shoes. No walking or sketchers.

Q: Is gross misconduct tolerated?
A: NO. Intoxication, Fighting, Foul Language, Mind altering drugs, or any other behavior offensive to others will result in termination with NO refund.
