Boot Camp for Men
Get Firefighter Fit!
By demand a new SWAT bootcamp for men only. The exercises are some of the same as those found in SWAT Fit Camp but the weights and challenges are geared toward men’s fitness and strength. Lots of sports drill, aggressive upper body strength, tough core and bodyweight exercises.
Expect to carry 70+ pounds, fireman carries, pull-ups, partner drills and weighted pushup. Plus much more…
You will be pushed pass your fitness and comfort level by other men in the boot camp as well as a tough demanding trainer.
This program is for weight loss, sport enhancement, endurance, improving general fitness, and those men who just want them butts kicked!
