SWAT Fit-Camp is an outside intense, fast-pace co-ed bootcamp fitness program designed for all fitness levels that produces dramatic results.
Don't be fooled by imitators... As seen on KXAN, we've been running these Fit Camps in Round Rock/Austin since 2001. We have the experience of working with hundreds of participants every year and we are the premier leaders in bootcamp fitness.
It combines boot camp, sports conditioning, strength & core training! It’s designed to shape your arms, legs, & glutes; strengthen, tighten & flatten your abdominal & back muscles as well as losing weight and encourage personal improvement. Participates are encouraged to work with others but compete only against themselves for the best results!
