S.W.A.T. Fit-XTREME

An outside high intensity co-ed  bootcamp for those wanting a Kick Butt workout! We have taken SWAT Fit-Camp and raised the level a few notches with 5 to 40 pound added to the body for many or all exercises!

This is a boot camp workout unlike any other. You need to be fit and be ready to push yourself thru a very challenging workout.

It uses Navy Seals signature exercises like ‘chase the rabbit’, and ‘star jumpers’ plus martial arts concepts for ‘Warrior’, ‘commandos’, and ‘dragon walks”.. Then throw in the advance core and abs, tough sports drills, backpacks and unique bodyweight for a workout you will never forget!!

REQUIREMENTS:
Pushups with correct form from toes: Females: 15, Males: 40
Must be able to run at least 3 mile without stopping and maintain 9-10 min pace for women and 6- 8 min pace for men
Maintain and manage 80 to 92% heart rate intensity
Lift overhead: men: 70+, females: 25+
Squat thrust: females: 20, Males: 40
