This fitness boot camp and personal training program is exclusive to Lean Images.  Want to loss weight, tighten up body?  We can help.  Beach Body Boot Camp is looking for individuals who are ready to step up to a challenge and commit to 8 to 12 weeks of high intense fitness Boot camp training to make drastic changes to your body and health and loss weight and bodyfat. Sculpt your body, be healthy, and good and feel great in any clothes.

  • Expect to lose 5 to 10% body fat
  • loss weight: 20 to 40 pounds
  • Reduce 2 to 3 dress or pant sizes
  • Firm & defined abs, legs, and arms

Boot camp program includes:

  • Bodyfat analysis before and after
  • 60 minute consultation to plan get you to your goals
  • 2 week meal plan to get you started
  • 3 boot Camps  weekly at Round Rock or Austin Boot camp locations
  • Then a choice of: either  2 customized workouts to do on your own or 2 extra workouts at the studio location.
