The sport bootcamp an outside, co-ed fitness program for youths & teens ages: 10-18. Youth sport bootcamp combines sports conditioning drills,with core & functional exercise in a challenging and safe atmosphere.
Youth sports bootcamp focuses on proper technique, sports enhancement, agility, speed, flexibility, strength,power, endurance, balance, and core stabilization. Eye-hand coordination, lateral speed, and dynamic balance will also be improved for those involved in sports. It is designed to enhance your childs sports skill and promote exercise as part of healthy lifestyle.
Teen and youth sport bootcamp will work on speed, quick directional changes, and power needed for various sports.
Sport bootcamp can be used as a weight loss or promoting exercise for your child. They do not need to be playing sports to benefit from this program.
So if you need a very experience trainer to work with your child for sports enhancement at a much lower cost than one on one, this program is for your child.
Statistics on adolescent obesity in America:
- About 15 percent of children and adolescents ages 6-19 years are seriously overweight.
- The percentage of children and adolescents who are defined as overweight has nearly tripled since the early 1970s.
- Another 15 percent of children and teens ages 6-19 are considered at risk of becoming overweight.
- 1 in 5 children in the U.S. are overweight.
