Jackie Mohr, Boot Camp Trainer
Jackie coached at the summer 2006 youth triathlon as well as an adventure race. She has been working as the run course coordinator for several USTA Youth events.
Her most important job is being the mom to Elly (13) and Hannah (10) her two beautiful daughters, both of whom completed their first triathlons in the summer of 2006.
She has a love of fitness and wants to make everyone feel comfortable and yet challenged in her classes no matter what their fitness level.
Personal accomplishments
Competed in several triathlons and races in 2006, winning 1st place in her age division.

What initially got you interested in boot camp?
"I really liked the idea of training outdoors and using basic skills, such as running, lunges, push ups, body resistance, etc. instead of being cooped up inside a gym on expensive machines that work only isolated muscle groups."
